HOW TO CRAFT ONE SERVE
Step 1
Make the Raspberry Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the raspberry seeds and pulp. Press the solids with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
Step 2
Make the Blueberry Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Step 3
Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 & 1/2 parts Jim Beam bourbon, 1/2 part raspberry syrup, 1/2 part blueberry syrup, and 1/2 part lemon juice.

Shake: Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
Step 5
Garnish: Garnish with fresh mint leaves and berries (raspberries and blueberries).
